great playing, too much talking
The musicianship is great, and the tunes are good. My only gripe is the number of non-musical introductions: answering machine messages, stories etc. Recommended.

All Basses Covered
Hey Eddie, I love the cd because it really shows versatility and creative progressions. Knowing you Ed the vocals were always going to be "Slammin". Keep it up and I'm waiting for my copy, Peace, D

More Sway/Stay Gone
Great CD, when I brought this back from the Desert people in the Midwest that I have played this for, love it and they would love Eddie in the Twin Cities!

Julie never knew!!!!!!!
What's up Ed? A voice from the past. You just get better with time. Hope all is well. Your sound has definately taken its own identity. It's the true Ed Reddick sound. Man I see Side Effect and Boppers all over the internet and it's a great feeling. I'm proud to be a part of that camp. I guess "Everybody wants to be a Star" Have you heard from any of the guys? I have my work on showcaseyourmusic.com give a listen and tell me what you think? email me so we can keep in touch. Peace to you my brother.....Edward Luna

Yes, this cd is awesome!!!
I love the expressions of the bass and the combination of back in the day moves with today's sound is a hit.

All Basses Covered
Awesome album!! I have known Eddie from way back when he used to perform at Misty's with Art of Sax! I love this album. His bass playing is pure genius!! My favorite songs are Stay Gone and Hot Hot. This album showcases his abilities as a singer, songwriter and musician! Anyone who loves the bass, should definitely order this album! You still got it Eddie! Keep bringing on the albums and I will keep buying them!

Thumpin' and Funkin'!
A must-have for all you lovers of funk and funky bass playing. A very innovative approach (hey, it's all basses!) to recording that avoids being simply clever and stays musical at all times. Eddie's the "full meal deal" - writing, singing and playing. 'Can't wait for volume 2.
