Album Notes
Rehab a musical journey is a soundtrack from an original work by Nanette Gingery of the same name. Rehab a musical journey opened on stage September 2012. This is a musical journey through the lives of characters who are dealing with life on life's terms while going through the treatment and recovery process. This music captures all the emotions on the roller coaster of recovery. Lennie, the main character is a drug addict, struggling with his identity and his place in the world. His mother is not sure how to deal with him but loves her son. Lennie meets Brie in treatment and their lives collide. A host of other characters round out the drama/comedy. Whether you have been touched by addiction or know someone who has, you will relate to this music. It is global in nature as it deals with life and the struggles we all face. This is a story of losing hope and losing self and finding it again!
