Album Notes
Reverend Justin Hylton was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, where he learned to play guitar at age 16. He says that at that age, "I was getting into a lot of trouble, and my mom would send me to my grandfather’s house. That’s where I learned to play guitar, we would sit on the front porch and pick for days.”

He spent his 20s traveling through trouble around the country, playing his guitar and gaining valuable life experiences — most of which he doesn’t remember. Eventually the party stopped and Justin “got his shit together.”

Now that he is sober his songwriting is influenced by his experiences with addiction, and everything he learned after coming out of his drug-fueled haze. These days Justin focuses his time writing, touring, encouraging positive energy, and spreading good vibes everywhere he goes.

When Justin isn’t on tour you can find him at home in Atlanta cheering on the Braves, fishing, playing with his three dogs, and finding new and hilarious ways to annoy his girlfriend.
