Cremorne Pastoral cd lights up impressionistic wires in me
After only one listen, this cd is certainly worth the search ( as it is hard to find on line or anywhere ) and most definately worth the most fair price CD BABY asks. CD is certainly dreamy , a touch of melancholy ; the pieces on it took me to grassy hills with pasture animals and landscapes of passing clouds above green views with trees scattered here and there. Moody at times, but mostly quiet and contemplative pieces with solo piano, string arrangements; one piece with pipe organ and other with mandolin reminding me of the lute; dips back into older times , but with a contemporary insight.
