ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is the second all-instrumental album of original songs by Ricardo. Once again, Ricardo's friends include several well-known Seattle players, including Orville Johnson, Will Dowd, Rob Moitoza and Mark Graham. Featured guest musicians are Al Kaatz, Sue Orfield, Jamie Sieber, Paul Elliot, and Ron Weinstein. This recording has them playing an instrumental blend of jazz, folk and blues on acoustic and electric guitars, with bass, drums, piano, harmonica and clarinet, and with the guests adding saxophone, organ, electric guitar, violin and cello to go along with Orville Johnson's exquisite slide work.

The album was produced by Ricardo and Orville Johnson. It was engineered by David Lange and mastered by Ross Nyberg in 2005.
