ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Available again -- and at its audio best! From the original 24 track masters, professionally remixed and digitally uploaded. This is Rick's second album previously available on cassette only!

Lazy Crazy was a song that I wrote for my band Red Wing, but never was recorded with the band because the band broke up after our hit single "Love Is A Game" backed by "Our Love". I went into the studio and finished the tracks myself and this is one of those tracks. The little kid's voice you hear was my daughter Amanda at age 4 and some of the first words she ever spoke.

Heartbeat was the Red Wing closer, written and recorded by me for this album.

Oh My God was originally supposed to be part of my first album "Heaven Was Blue". It finishes the sad story begun in the song "In My Mind", but my manager at the time thought the song was too depressing and used the excuse that the album was too long to remove it. I added it to this album instead.

Today, Tomorrow and Forever was written while I was performing on Broadway in a show called "Elvis - The Legend Lives" in 1978.

Tell Me Why and Our Love were also songs performed by my band Red Wing but recorded by me for this album.

Evening Glow was written while I was in Malibu and the sounds you hear at the end are from the beach there.
