Walking Wounded

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
“WALKING WOUNDED” is the gory tale of a fast-living rock band, famous for sporting graphically painted body wounds at their performances. But when band members mysteriously begin dying, one by one, of these same fake wounds--the frivolity ends.

The lyrics for these songs were written in the early 1990s by two screenwriters, Lillian Hara and Dorie Rush Taylor for their screenplay “WALKING WOUNDED.” Although they were close to a movie deal at one point, “WALKING WOUNDED” has not been produced as of yet.

Hal Lieberman wrote the lyrics on the title track and J’Nae Fincannon delivers a huge soul punch singing “Love Is A Third Degree Burn.” That song also features New Orleans’s Steve Landon on lead guitar. And the bluesman on “Love Is Not The Answer” is my old band mate from Seattle, Casey James.
