Two Hands On the Wheel

by Rob Clark

Some rock, some country. It is mostly upbeat and fun to listen to with one wonderfully dark track. The album represents the best songs from 5 years of songwriting and features some great Colorado musicians. On a few tracks we let the guitars go big.

Album Notes
This debut album captures a set of songs that sound great together but also offer a broad view into the songwriting. It features songs that come from the heart, witness accounts, and flashes of inspiration. Some songs are very real, while others originate from the writer's creative, but sometimes difficult to manage humor. Performance style is certainly influenced by outlaw country favorites like Waylon Jennings and Hank William's Jr, but also rockers like Paul Rogers, the bluegrass world's John Duffy, and even a little Jimmy Buffet. In production, we went with some of the best local musicians on the Colorado Front Range, as well as the fantastic resources at Coupe Studios and Airshow mastering. Everywhere we could, we did it right.
