˜What About Xmas’, the new Holiday offering from Robert Anton at playAnton productions, Inc., is a thought-provoking, spirit-filled collage of songs about Christmas joy and inspiration.
Robert is not afraid to express why Christmas came about and to whom we should be grateful in this over-commercialized season. To that end, you’ll hear songs of love for the true reason for Christmas, beginning with the title track ˜What About Xmas’. There’s songs of inspiration like the poignant ˜Believe’. The childhood joy of ˜Oh Yes, It’s Xmas’, and the angst-filled but hopeful ˜Happy New Year’ telling of friends far apart during the year.
Naturally you can’t have a playAnton production without something to dance to, and Robert has not disappointed in this area either. He’s come through again with inspirational dance tracks, club-ready and sizzling, to round out this second of his musical offerings to the public.
I hope you enjoy this CD and keep it close to you for years to come.

Just Keeps Getting Better!
A year ago, Robert Anton made an impressive debut with "In Time," justly earning him 4 and 5 star reviews; his sophomore release raises the bar even higher. My personal favorite Robert Anton song to date, the gorgeous "What About XMas" is a message we all need to hear at Christmastime, and the song couldn't be better. Robert's vocals just keep improving, ranging from smooth and soft and powerful and rich. Robert cites Marvin Gaye as an inspiration; this album would make Mr. Gaye proud!
