ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Experience yourself in a new way as you practice basic postures of yoga in a peaceful, compassionate and energizing atmosphere. As a private practice or as an
addition to your regular yoga class.

Setting the stage for this wonderful session is the critically acclaimed composer and pianist Robert Hitz. Recorded live at Griswold Hall, the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins Unversity in August 2001, this music was beautifully created by Robert and reflects his love of music and the power of yoga in his own life.
