Your Decent To Hell

Welcome to Robin's new album! Your Decent to Hell is about an unsuspecting patient in a hospital waking up in the operating room just before surgery starts. This is a song about experiments on humans, listen to it and enjoy!

Out of the dark Into the light
See men around you dressed in white.
You close your eyes. The light's to bright.
The lamps that shines above you bling your sight.

Captivated.
No escaping.
Hell unlocks it gates.
Non-sedated.
You are gaping.
Your descent to hell awaits.

What those man say? Don't understand.
And while they smile you see that they are shaking hands.
They put on masks. They put on gloves.
While the bright light is shining cruelly from above.

Captivated.
No escaping.
Hell unlocks it gates.
Non-sedated.
You are gaping.
Your descent to hell awaits.

Captivated.
No escaping.
Hell unlocks it gates.
Non-sedated.
You are gaping.
Your descent to hell awaits.

Requiem

A Requiem, also known as Mass for the dead, is a mass in the Catholic Church offered for the repose of the soul or souls of one or more deceased persons. Musical settings are also called Requiems, and the term has subsequently been applied to other musical compositions associated with death and mourning, even when they lack religious or liturgical relevance.
The Latin poetic composition Dies Irae by the friar Thomas of Celano (c. 1200 – c. 1265) speaks of the Day of Judgement in fearsome terms. It is a mandatory part of the older requiems. Robin cites excerpts from it in the two bridges.
This is a song about a death watch, listen to it and enjoy.

You are laid out in a sea of light.
Your eyes are closed, your face is white.
Those candles burn, illume this place.
And shadows dance upon your face.

Mors stupebit et natura
Cum resurgit creatura

Totus tuus.
Totus tuus.

And much too soon your time had come.
So many things are left undone.
My dear, I’ll leave you, walk away.
I know we’ll meet again some day.

Quantus tremor est futurus,
Quando iudex est venturus,

Totus tuus.
Totus tuus.
Dies irae.
Dies irae.

Free

A song about a man who has given his girl the heave-ho, listen to it and enjoy!

I still remember endless days
Recalling sleepless nights
The longing for some air to breathe.
The yearning to be free.
I still remember dead end ways
Recalling silent sighs
The gazing through those bars of steel
The constant wish to flee.

I'm free again like a bird on the wing.
I'm leaving behind things that once kept me in.
A brand new life is waiting for me, I'm free.
Cause I am free.

I still remember my escape,
My run towards the morning light,
The entering of a world for me
I was too blind to see.
There's no such thing some fools call fate.
There is an end to every night.
I re-invented what I was
And now I'm finally me.

I'm free again like a bird on the wing.
I'm leaving behind things that once kept me in.
A brand new life is waiting for me, I'm free.
I'm free again , I broke free from your spell.
Finally I got out of this hell
Nothing left you could do r say, I'm free.

And if you drown in all your tears for all to see
Expect not me to care, it's better you than me.

I'm free again like a bird on the wing
I'm leaving behind things that once kept me in
A brand new life is waiting for me, I'm free.
I'm free again like a bird on the wing
I'm leaving behind things that once kept me in
A brand new life is waiting for me, I'm free

She Loved Too Much

This song is inspired by a girl confessing to Robin that she would like to eat the tongue and the eyes of a particular guy she had a crush on. She also showed him her mobile which had a photo of her rabbit as a wallpaper. One day it bit her and she killed it but kept that rabbit's picture because she loved it too much. And her geography teacher took her virginity when she was fifteen.
This is a song about a girl expressing her affection in a very special way, listen to it and enjoy.

The gate had closed behind me.
I was doing time.
There I met that young girl.
I asked, what was her crime?

She said she killed her teacher.
Who had a crush on her.
She said she had to do it.
Her reason was too clear:

She loved too much.
She loved too much.
It's not that she was heartless.
The opposite was true.
She loved too much.
Much too much.

Once she had a rabbit.
It was a lovely pet.
But then things took their course, she mused.
It really made her sad.

That naughty rabbit bit her.
First she caressed its head.
Then did what needed to be done -
She shot it dead.

She loved too much.
She loved too much.
It's not that she was thoughtless.
It's not that she was cruel.
She loved too much.

One morning she escaped.
She wasn't here too long.
They found the jail's director -
His tongue and eyes were gone.
His room was just a mess.
What happened was excess.
They also found a note she wrote.
It said that she'd confess.

She loved too much.
She loved too much.
It's not that she was mental
Or had no heart as such.

She loved too much.Rate
She loved too much.
It's not she wasn't gentle.
Or that she stayed untouched.
She loved too much.
Much too much.

Dr. Dog

This song is based on a true story about an ambitious dog that adored humans and always put humans’ well-being above his own desires. However, the dog wasn’t satisfied with the role he was born in. Knowing that he could never fully copy humans, this dog developed innovative methods that enabled him and other dogs to perform tasks that were previously only done by humans. Gifted with prodigious intelligence and downright unlimited willpower he even studied medicine and surgery, hence the nickname “Dr. Dog”. However, tragedy struck when humans refused to recognise the dog’s talent. His old human owner was supportive and treated the dog like his child, like another human being.
However, after the owner died, the rest of the family never saw anything else than a dog. They treated him like a dog and even beaten him, and eventually called the police to arrest him and take him away. Ten days later, the disillusioned dog died and was buried, and with it a dog’s dream of changing one’s destiny.

Once there was a special dog,
Ambitious and so keen.
It was better than most men
In all that surgery.
A multi talent, competent
in beauty and in gender change.
Skills that covered many things
Dr Dog was strange.

This dog was underrated
And so misunderstood.
No chance that men accepted
That all its skills were good.

It made a plan. They'd understand.
Doctor Dog would take its toll.
It would have fun.
Would be the one.
Doctor Dog, pick up the ball and run.

Dr Dog attacked a girl
And bit her in the face.
Her father came to rescue her
But lost without a trace.

His testicles, since Dr Dog
found them quite nice as well.
Daughter's face and daddy's balls
were tasty just like hell.

It had a ball.
It had these balls.
Doctor Dog just took it all.
It had some fun.
It was the one.
Doctor Dog, bite off dad's balls and run.

“Dr Dog! Leaver her alone!
O my God... What have you done... You... YOU SON OF A BITCH!!!
AAAAAARRRRRGH!!!”

Just like any other dog
The doctor had its day -
Though it got him institutionalised
In an asylum far away.
The girl looks better than before,
Her dad is now her mum.
No question who had ruled this place -
Dr Dog's the one!

It had a ball.
Dad lost his balls.
Doctor Dog just rocked and rolled.
It changed her face,
Her melting gaze.
Doctor Dog improved her grace.
You had a ball.
You had these balls.
Doctor Dog, this was your call.
You had some fun.
You were the one.
Doctor Dog, enjoy dad's balls and run.

Mad Scientist

Mad scientist is a caricature of a scientist who is described as "mad" or "insane" owing to a combination of unusual or unsettling personality traits and the unabashedly ambitious, taboo and/or hubristic nature of their experiments. As a motif in fiction, the mad scientist may be villainous (evil genius) or antagonistic, benign or neutral; may be insane, eccentric, or clumsy; and often works with fictional technology or fails to recognize or value common human objections to attempting to play God. Some may have benevolent or good-spirited intentions, even if their actions are dangerous or questionable, which can make them accidental villains.
This is a song about Dr Herbert West from the Re-Animator films, the arguably world's best-liked mad scientist of all times, Listen to it and enjoy!

Genius and insanity
Death to all mediocrity!
Working on a new device -
Progress comes just with a price.
Sentimental technophobe
You’re an object he can probe.
First you're dead, next he will strive
To make your corpse return to life.

He’s just a mad (mad) scientist
Mad (mad) scientist
Time to unseal a fate.
Time to reanimate.

Good or bad, it's all the same
Once he's loose he can't be tamed
There's no morgue that could be save
You might never see your grave.
To him death's but a disease
He will find a remedy.
His serum he will try on you
There is nothing you could do!

He’s just a mad (mad) scientist
Mad (mad) scientist
Time to unseal a fate.
Time to reanimate.

“Yes, Doctor! It's Herbert West. What are you thinking? How do you feel?”
“YOU did this to me!”
“Hahahahahahaha!”

Time to unseal a fate.
Time to reanimate.
Time to unseal a fate.
Time to reanimate.

Grief

Grief is a natural response to loss, such as the end of a relationship. This is a song about lover's grief, listen to it and enjoy!

The whole world's crashing down upon your head
An there is nothing you can do.
You can't forget one of the moments that you had.
The memories are still with you.
Did you live a lie?
Burning eyes in the dead of night.

Eyes are opened wide, there's no sleep tonight.
And you lie awake until the morning light.
And it busts your head, and it drives you mad.
It's over now and you wish you were dead.
Everything is gone, you are on your own.
The world you knew, it comes tumbling down.
Now you are as free as someone can be.
You go insane from the pain that you feel.

It hurts like hell to know she doesn't sleep alone tonight.
And so you burn in jealousy.
You're raging but helpless against the pain you feel inside.
You can't believe that this is real.

You're wholly helpless and there's nothing you can do.
Except the pain you feel there's nothing left to you.

Time is standing still.
The grief of lovers is what you feel.

You go insane from the pain that you feel..

Kiss Of Death

A song about Oscar, a cat living in an American hospital and jumping into the beds of the dying so it looks as if it would comfort them. This is a song about a famous cat, listen to it and enjoy!

Well, there is a hospital.
And people who are doomed
Get a visit from a cat
That sneaks into their rooms.

It bears you company if your end is nigh.
It's time for us to say goodbye.
It stays with you until your final breath.
This cat conveys the kiss of death.

A perfect indication
That never leaves a doubt.
This cat just always knows for sure
Your time is running out.

It bears you company if your end is near -
And afterwards disappears.
It stays with you until your final breath.
This cat conveys the kiss of death.

t bears you company if your end is nigh .
It's time for us to say goodbye.
It stays with you until your final breath.
This cat conveys the kiss of death.

Only That One Wish

A song inspired by romantic French philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau (28 June 1712 – 2 July 1778) and his concept of "the noble wild" and slogan "Back to nature!".
It is about a fictional character named Pierre Vert who might become a role model for modern enlightment, modern romanticism, and modern men as such.
A song about Pierre coming to Brighton, UK, and just knowing what he wants. Listen to and enjoy!

Don't need to be a famous star.
Don't need to have a fancy car.
Don't need no cash to pay my bills.
Don't need no knowledge and no skills.
Don't need a good job that I like.
Don't need a fancy motorbike.
I don't need muscles or good teeth.
There's only one thing that I need.

I only have one wish with you.
And hope one day it will come true.
Now listen up!

I WANT TO SHAG A BRIGHTON GIRL!!
I WANT TO MAKE LOVE TO YOUUUU!!!!
I WANT TO SHAG A BRIGHTON GIRL!!
I WANT TO MAKE LOVE!!!!

My breath is bad, my eyeballs pink,
my legs are short and my feet stink
I never wash, I never shave,
I just live deep down in a cave.
I am so stupid, I'm a moron -
Daddy should have used a condom.
I'm an idiot, such a fool
Not even went to primary school.

I only have one wish with you. (Only that one wish)
And hope one day it will come true
Now listen up!

I WANT TO SHAG A BRIGHTON GIRL!!
I WANT TO MAKE LOVE TO YOUUUU!!!!
I WANT TO SHAG A BRIGHTON GIRL!!
I WANT TO MAKE LOVE!!!! MMMH!!!!
I WANT TO SHAG A BRIGHTON GIRL!!
I WANT TO MAKE LOVE TO YOUUUUUUU!!!!
I WANT TO SHAG A BRIGHTON GIRL!!
I WANT TO MAKE L... AHAHAHAHA!!!!
PREFERABLY UP THE SHITTER!
JUST WITH POWER!!! YES!!! YESSSS!!!!

Until We Meet Again

A song about a couple where one partner died and the other waits to meet that person again after having died as well.

At the grave.
Rose in hand.
Hear a whisper in the rain.
And there is no other sound.
Standing brave.
See what’s bland.
With a heart that’s full of pain.
Someone’s six feet under ground.

Read a name that's carved in stone.
Cloudy is the evening sky.
Thoughts are running through a brain
Until we meet again.

All alone
On a hill.
Hear a whisper in the trees.
There is so much left unsaid.
Watch the stone.
Feel a chill.
Hear a whisper in the breeze.
Wide awake alone in bed.

Read a name that's carved in stone.
Cloudy is the morning sky.
Never be the same again.
Watch the pic while all alone.
Still remember days gone by.
Try to face what is in vain.
Until we meet again.

In the night.
Shrouded stars.
Yet there’s a light
From afar.

Read a name that's carved in stone.
Cloudy is the evening sky.
Never be the same again.
On the hill while all alone.
Wishing that the dawn was nigh.
Nothing's left except the pain.
Until we meet again.

Interview With Robin

If you aren't aware of Robin B. Czar you must be an ignorant person living in the basement of your mother's house and come out only for special occasions. Robin, bizarre, positive, and unlike anyone else, has been around for quite a while now. After some challenges and a few delays, his third and rather cool album Mission Bizarre is going to come out in October.

So, you have already achieved 3 albums. How does that feel?
I'm pleased as punch!

Looking back, why did you decide to write songs in English?
I was born and raised in Germany. Back then I wrote lyrics in English. When I moved to the UK I was frequently greeted with “Sieg Heil” or “Fucking Nazi” for being an evil German. Around that time I decided to write German lyrics exclusively.

As a statement.
Yes. However, I have been living here for quite some time now and met all sorts of people. So I switched back to English lyrics again.

How do you make music? Do you write music or lyrics first?
Both. Usually independently from each other. However, the lyrics and the music for She Loved Too Much evolved at the same time while working on that song.

Do you have to be in a bad or good mood to write music?
I have to be in an intense mood. Happy, sad, angry – as long as it has something to do with having intense feelings it is inspiring. Writing music can even be a form of exorcism.

When you write a song, do you imagine it visually?
Only when writing lyrics. The rest is emotions directly translated into music.

Over the years most of us become more and more settled. What still motivates you?
Life is too short for becoming unmotivated. I still have so many ideas that I probably won't be able to turn all of them into music anyway.

Have you ever had any arguments about writing music or recording?
Recently only with myself. That can be tough! But usually it ends with a bizarrely positive win-win solution.

In your opinion, is your new album more positive?
Yes. And more bizarre. More everything.

Even more normal?
'Being bizarre' is the new 'more normal'!

Which song took the longest to record?
Mad Scientist. I can fall in love with details and am still not 100% happy.

What is your favourite song from the new album, both lyrically and musically?
I love them all, of course. But, since I like cats, I find Kiss Of Death especially cool.

Before we close this interview – is there anything you would like to tell your fans?
Yes, stay bizarre. And positive. One alone is not enough!
