Album Notes
Recognizable. Unique. Pure.
Robin Hackett i s a naturally gifted singer, songwriter and author who brilliantly conveys inspiring, heartfelt messages through her music and words. While living in Germany as a teen, she self taught herself guitar in lieu of watching TV and an unbreakable bond was formed. Wherever she travels, Robin always has her trusted guitar with her. Undeniably, it is truly where her heart and voice meet and blend into one. She has the ability to deliver powerful messages with beautiful rhythms that stay with you long after the music ends. Her sound has been compared to artists such as Sheryl Crow, Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones and Sarah Vaughn. Country, Folk, and Jazz are all home to her.
With Robin’s ability to expand beyond one genre, it has given her the ability to reach audiences and industry notoriety across multiple media platforms. She
received a 1 round Grammy nomination for Best Jazz Vocal Album for her song
