Album Notes
The Terra Soul Project is the second CD release from Bassist/Composer Rob Swanson. It features 11 original compositions under the wide descriptive style of jazz. However said, this music is much more than traditional jazz - it draws influences from around the globe including the Carribean, Brazil, India, and the funkiest side street in New Orleans. The music is performed by world class musicians who have performed with such notables as Ray Charles, John Legend, Kieko Matsui, Siora, members of Weather Report, Dave Valentine, Ernie Watts, and countless others. Be sure to listen to the clips - surely you will find something that draws you in!
