ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The "LIGHTS...CAMERA...RRR!" DVD - in high-definition, comprises 10 music videos of songs from the CD "GIVE ME AN RRR!". Rockin' Ron the Friendly Pirate and a bevy of buccaneers act out each song's lyrics. Because it was mimed, this collection was almost called "Loose Ships, Lip Sync". A historic hand-painted curtain depicting a castle, sea waves, and a sailing ship, served as the backdrop to the action. Pirate props and signs were also deployed. Seven Days (Vermont's Arts and Entertainment Weekly) says of the music "Goofy enough to delight young scallywags and roguish enough to keep Raffi-weary parents from walking the plank".

9 of the 10 videos were Produced & Directed by RRR Carter (aka Rockin' the Friendly Pirate) and Directed & Edited by Matt Richardson of Bear Pond Production, and (c)2012 by RRR Carter. The exception was FP Rap (Pirates on Board Go RRR!) which was Produced & Directed by RRR Carter, and Directed & Edited by Alex Martin, and (c)2010 by RRR Carter.
