40 Miles

by Roger Greenaway

It’s wry, classic, catchy and not without its nods to various formative influences from the 60’s and 70’s. It’s about arriving at a destination having measured a life’s journey in miles.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Roger Greenaway is an original musician from New Zealand. His blend of rock and pop sensibilities have created some beautiful and poignant songs. His album ‘Wayt’ was released in 2004 and revealed itself as one of the most accomplished debuts to be released in NZ.

In 2007 roger released his second killer album "40 MILES". It’s a collection of songs based on reflection, introspection, personal growth, the future – subjects not uncommon amongst the singer/songwriter set, but of course the difference between a diary entry and a pop song is... the music. It’s wry, classic, catchy and not without its nods to various formative influences from the 60’s and 70’s. It’s about arriving at a destination having measured a life’s journey in miles.
