ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Everyone has a Class Reunion. Everyone experiences the passing of Time. When we once again see old friends at a Class Reunion feelings are rekindled about what once was and somehow still remains inside all of us. Roger Wiliam brings back those moments of youthful magic with his marvelous rendition of Class Reunion. Enjoy the song. I hope Class Reunion will bring back many heartfelt memories. May you cherish every moment you spend with your old friends in your Class Reunion. The Artwork Photo taken by Ingrid Small is from the Oxford Hills 1965 Class Reunion in Maine. But, Class Reunions are anywhere U.S.A. and anywhere World. The song Class Reunion expresses those feelings that so many of us have when we gather again once more to relive what once was. (Thank you Ingird Small for your permission to use this photo. Thank you Oxford Hills Class of 1965)

Joe Pickering Jr. is the songwriter of Class Reunion. Member of the Class of 1957 Lynn English High, Class of 1963 Suffolk University and Boston College School of Social Work 1965.

CLASS REUNION

WE GATHER AT THE PORTHOLE RESTAURANT
SING OUR OLD SCHOOL SONG AT OUR OWN HAUNT
REMEMBERING VICTORIES WE NEVER WON
WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE? WE'RE HAVING FUN

REPEAT CHORUS

CLASS REUNION ALL TOGETHER ONCE MORE
SHARING FEELINGS THAT TOUCH TO THE CORE
CLASS REUNION TIME TO REMEMBER WHEN
WHO DID WHAT AND WHY WAY BACK THEN

I LOOK ACROSS THE ROOM I SEE ACROSS THE YEARS
A TIME OF MUCH LAUGHTER AND FEW TEARS
MY OLD FRIENDS REKINDLE WHAT WE HAD
I FEEL BOTH SO HAPPY YET SAD

REPEAT CHORUS

WHERE DID THE YEARS GO LIKE WAVES UPON THE SEA
SENDING TO SEPARATE SHORES MY CLASSMATES AND ME?
THOSE FACES STILL YOUTHFUL IN MY MIND
ARE WHAT I'LL RECALL TO THE END OF MY TIME

REPEAT CHORUS

COUPLET

CLASS REUNION TIME TO REMEMBER WHEN
WHO DID WHAT AND WHY WAY BACK THEN

FADE
