Album Notes
This is the first in a series of 25 stories based around the street I was born in. Most of the charactors are based on real people, and most iof the things that happen in these stories, actually happened, some in the immagination of a 5 to 10 year old boy, some a reality. Ohau Street The Cardboard Box is based on an actualy event, my mum and dad bought a new fridge and we three kids played with it for ages. This story is based on just one of the many games we played using that big old cardboard box. It is serialised, so, you can play episode one on monday night, 2 on tuesday, and finish it off with episode 5 on friday night, just in time for their little immatinations to run wild on the weekend. (or you could just sit down and listen to the whole story in one sitting)
Everyone that has bought the first in this series has gone on to buy ther whole lot, they really are fun and immaginative.

Ohau St Brilliance!
My kids (5 and 7) love to listen to any of the Ohau St stories. The characters are easy to relate to, and the adventures keep the kids captivated for the duration. Audio stories are perfect for the car or a sick day at home, without ending up with lots of 'screen time'. Builds concentration in a fun, relaxed activity. The Cardboard Box was one of Ronnie Mackie's stories that we particularly enjoyed - the settings and tales are so easy for Kiwi kids to relate to!

The Cardboard Box
We have downloaded three titles and we and the grandchildren have really enjoyed everyone.
