Reviews of RULE 29:

"The music is exceptionally original and is beyond any comparisons ...
5 1/2 stars [out of 6]."
-- Vitaly Menshikov, ProgressoR

"An intriguing collection of chamber pieces."
-- David Layton, Progression magazine
(Issue 45, Winter/Spring 2004)

"A good release, well-recorded and executed and within its genre warmly welcome."
-- Jurriaan Hage, The Axiom of Choice (

"Integrates elements of classical music, jazz, blues, and ambient/electronic music
into a soundtracky whole....a good run for lovers of much of what appears on the
Cuneiform label."
-- Elias Granillo, Sea of Tranquility (

"The music is always challenging and seldom allows a resting point...
One for those who enjoy classical piano, with perhaps a smattering of jazz,
leaning strongly to the avant-garde, and with more than the odd nod to
the RIO genre."
-- Bob Mulvey, DPRP [The Dutch Progressive Rock Page] (

"The music has many rhythmic and harmonic twists and turns which
keep your attention all the time - clearly a result of first class craftsmanship...
This is an artist you should keep your eyes on in the future."
-- Tarkus Magazine [Norway] (Nr 32, March 2005)

"The music on Rule 29 is not for everyone. It is for those who are naturally
drawn to classical and chamber music (perhaps also RIO). In my opinion,
fans of Birdsongs of the Mesozoic and Miriodor would really enjoy Rule 29."
