Ranked as a "Top Classical Music Festival" by The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, and The Telegraph, the Grand Teton Music Festival has been serving the Jackson Hole community for more than 55 years. Each season, more than 200 musicians from North America’s top orchestras and institutions of higher learning gather for seven weeks of orchestral and chamber music led by internationally acclaimed Music Director Donald Runnicles. The biggest names in classical music appear with the Festival Orchestra weekly, including Renée Fleming, Joshua Bell, Yefim Bronfman, and Yo-Yo Ma. The summer lineup includes free family concerts, classical crossover concerts, lectures, and a weekly movie series, all presented throughout Jackson Hole.

GTMF conducts various educational outreach programs in local schools and presents a Winter Festival in February as well as monthly Community Concerts and broadcasts from The Metropolitan Opera's Live in HD series. The Festival also has a 13-part national radio broadcast “Live from the Grand Teton Music Festival,” co-hosted by Donald Runnicles and Andrew Palmer Todd.

The Grand Teton Music Festival is the single largest presenter of cultural events in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, reaching a total audience of 16,000 patrons each year. Through its year-round schedule of diverse programming and passion for classical music, GTMF creates exhilarating and memorable musical experiences. GTMF is a 4-star charity as rated by Charity Navigator and has a Platinum Seal of Transparency from GuideStar.
