“After listening to some of Chicago singer/songwriter Ryan Herrick's music, a couple of things stand out: He plays with a lot of passion ... and he's a gifted guitarist who can manipulate the strings to his will.” — Music. Defined.

Ryan Herrick's sojourn as a musical troubadour and spiritual seeker has brought him from the mountains of Vermont to the foothills of Chicago's skyscrapers and the whispering grasses of a South Dakota Indian Reservation. Ryan's music is a percussive blend of Americana, Roots Rock, Folk, Celtic, and Indian Raga, intricately woven with his passion for mysticism and conscious awareness. His spiritual focus inspires him to create music that heals and uplifts individuals and communities in whatever capacity they are willing to receive.

"It's hard not to speak of one's spiritual beliefs without sounding pretentious... but everything I do, every direction I take is in service of the divine spark I see in all of humanity," Herrick reflects.

Moving into 2020, you will find Ryan promoting his self-released EP, 'Heal Your Bones' as well as an upcoming full-length album with Chicago roots-rock outfit, The JAB, to be released through Sony.
