ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Salt has been together since late September 2010. Brett has been a musician for some 20+ years having played in a number of covers and originals bands in Christchurch over this time. Brett's current hobby is growing his hair into an obscure mohawk! Mike was brought up in a music store in Whangarei and has been playing in the music industry ever since. Mike has been known to eat the odd pie or two :o) We have had trouble keeping our drummers but on these tracks Fernando added a fresh beat to our sounds!! He is no longer with the band-so if you love to beat on those rock drums, come and see us!
Rach has been playing piano since childhood and latterly the keys. She is known to keep the lads fed with home-baked goodies & de-stresses by keeping fit.
Salt plays original rock / dance music with feel good rhythms, dynamic bass lines and kick arse lyrics. They're out to have a good time and want to take you along with them! Our goal is similar to that of all musicians- sharing our love of what we do via our sounds and turning our music into a full time "happy place" career.
