ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
At Our Crossing Place

Welcome. This is a brand-new recording from me. The title is from a poem I read at the ripe old age of 21 or so, by Wang Wei. He lived in the 8th century AD, during the period of the Tang Dynasty. I don't remember the poem, but that last line stuck with me.
The music on here could be described, variously, as fusion or smooth jazz or even acid jazz. I don't concern myself with genres, just whether the music communicates or not.
All the sounds herein were composed and performed by myself. Guitars, keyboards and 'percussion'. They were recorded in my own makeshift home studio at various times over the last couple years.
Not much else to say except thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy the sounds.
