ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This album is full of my life experiences. Sometimes it makes sense and sometimes it's coming from somewhere I can't explain. I do this because I need to. It's a way to express myself. To tell my story. And there is a lot to tell. For the longest time I hated my voice and I probably still do. I have just come to terms with it. It can be quite painful and funny at the same time. Its a legacy for me and it beats watching afternoon talk shows. The music is more uptempo then before and that's a good thing. I like to be silly and that's there also. There are twelve tracks of honesty? Honestly!!!!!!! Ive been listening to a lot of Pink Floyd, Yes and I love the music from Suicide Squad. I doubt anything here sounds like I have. Lots of these tunes started just with grooves and thats probably why there are many uptempo. The first track "Leave When You Got It" means exactly what it says. "Come Undone" must come from being from Winnipeg and being a fan of the Guess Who. The song is nothing like Undone by Randy Backman. In fact it is more like a country tune influenced by Paul McCartney. "Till Tomorrow" is influenced by Yes. Can you hear it? "Tell Me What You See" my friend Gary Taylor said it's like a cross between the Kinks and Frank Zappa. One more song I'll talk about is "What You Do To Me Now". Its a cross between Sting and 70s Motown. Kooky right! In a weird way my voice saves me because it doesn't sound like any of these artists. So if you can get past my voice you might enjoy it. Even if you don't I sure enjoyed making it.
