Album Notes
Sarah Dion Brooks writes music to find the the strength within herself to face the pain and rise above it. When she finds herself struggling, she goes to her piano and pours out her pain. Her inner voice comes out as she sings from that place deep within. Where one can really feel the power behind the song. It is her greatest form of therapy, and as she continues to dig deep into her soul, she continues to heal and grow stronger.

This album was created from her live concert at Barnstormers Theatre on January 11, 2020. An intimate concert, where she had the opportunity to share the stories behind her songs. This album includes the songs only, however, video coverage of the entire concert will be available online, where she shares more detail about what went into each song.
