ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This album began with a message, “I’m sending your husband;” and nothing has been the same since.
When we met, our watchword quickly became, Keep Falling, and we continue to fall more in love with
each other every day. My prayer began years ago, chanting Baba Siri Chand’s Aad Sach Jugaad Sach
Hai Bhai Sach Naanak Hosee Bhai Sach every Friday evening from two a.m. until the wee hours of the
morning; and was answered with the hukam, Aas Piaasee Pir Kao Lorhee, the longing was fulfilled. The
first love letter I received from my beloved was an ode to the simple things, like Milk to My Cheerios and
peanut butter to my jelly. And it’s a testament to our relationship that we both revel in the little things
as well as the big. I became his Sita and he my Ram; Sita Ram: A Song of Love became our theme. And
of course the entire story is a living miracle, which we acknowledge daily and pay homage to with 31
minutes of Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur.

1. Keep Falling (3:54)

4. The Milk to My Cheerios (4:16)
5. Sita Ram: A Song of Love(7:21)
6. Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur (31:30)

And finally, thanks to my beloved husband, Abhai Raj, for his generosity and support in bringing this

love, joy and play!

Keep Falling

Written or “received” for my friend Panch Nishan Kaur—keep falling baby girl. Lyrics inspired by the
Teachings of Yogi Bhajan, I Corinthians 13: 4-7, and my sister-in-law Grammo.

If you’re gonna fall in love, keep falling. . .

It’s an endless fall when you fall in love . . .

Love is patient. Love is kind.

Love asks no questions. Love is blind.

Love is never letting go the hand

Love is saying, I am I am

If you’re gonna fall in love, keep falling. . .

It’s an endless fall when you fall in love . . .

Love’s an altar, Love is Prayer

With no beginning and no end

Love’s an anchor, love is play

Love is saying, I will stay.

Baba Siri Chand’s Mangala Charn Mantra

Removes every obstacle. Intended for Meditation.

Aad Sach Jugaad Sach Hai Bhai Sach Naanak Hosee Bhai Sach

Aas Piaasee Pir Kao Lorhee: The Hukam

This is the hukam I received when I was told by the Guru that he was sending my husband. . . . a hair-
raising experience if there ever was one. Enjoy the sound of street musicians around the world singing of
love!

Milk to my Cheerios / Bolo Ram

Lyrics inspired by my beloved . . . xoxo

I’m the Sita to your Ram

I’m the milk to your cheerios

You’re the sun to my moon

and the stars in the sky

And I love you more than I thought I could

Yes I love you more each day

And you love me, too

But I was broken long before you found me

And I was on the mend, letting go

Of everything I thought I wanted

And then you came along

And you said hello

. . . . and everything changed, everything changed.

Bolo Ram Ram Ram

You’re the cream in my coffee

You’re the peanut butter to my jelly

I’m the moon to your sun

and the stars in your sky

And You love me more than you thought you would

Yes You love me more each day

And I love you

But I was broken long before you found me

And I was on the mend, letting go

Of everything I thought I wanted

And then you came along

And you said hello

. . . . and everything changed, everything changed.
