Album Notes
Immense thanks to: “NASA,ESA and the Hubble Heritage Team STScI/AURA)-ESA/Hubble Collaboration.xcf” for permission to share the Breathtaking Galactic image!!

This was created/recorded like "Dedication". Except we were both exhausted and it was roasting where we were recording. For the initial "live"- take: BJ's playing Drums and I'm (John Eddy) playing Bass, Voice, and Piano. Later on I went back and layered-up the multiple Keyboards. This has been the story of our lives...with only Bass & Drums.....we've been forced to try to be creative in different ways to make the "soundscape" interesting. Since I've stared using my Voice, it adds a lot but really it's the Keyboards that give the extra-element we've always been missing (and of course the amazing Keyboard/Synthesizer sounds from Apple!!). At first We weren't crazy about this one because of the exhaustion (impacting our timing, stamina, and creating more dramatic energy fluctuations). But the more we listened to it the more we liked it which is unusual for us. I know for myself since I've started practicing Buddhism, I've developed a deeper "appreciation" for everything. Even though "Appreciation" is far from perfect, it more accurately portrays the "reality" we observe and participate-in, which often includes much that is imperfect or at least could be better. And since I'm currently learning to develop a greater sense of appreciation for everything: I thought "Appreciation" was a nice reminder. Hope you enjoy it & thanks for checking-us-out!!
