Save Our Strays (www.soscats.org) was organized in 1998 to help reduce the number of stray cats and dogs in Greater Cincinnati through non-lethal methods. We are a non-profit, 501c(3) organization. We do not have a shelter, but, rather, foster animals in the homes of volunteers. Our goals are to help humanely control the local stray population by using the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) method for feral cats and adoption for cats and dogs when possible.

Special thanks to our Volume 3 sponsors: Chez Nora, CincinnatiMusic.com, cincymusic.com, CinSiesta Limited, The DownUnder Café, Everybody’s Records, MidPoint Music Festival, QCA, The Poison Room, and Smooth Moves Piano Moving.

CDs may also be purchased at these retailers (located in Greater Cincinnati):
Wizard's (Oakley Square), Border's Bookstore (Tri-County), Everybody’s Records (Pleasant Ridge), Shake-it Records (Northside), Natural Life (Hyde Park/Oakley)

Cats & dogs go into heat at a young age and reproduce up to 3 times a year. 1 cat & her offspring can produce up to 420,000 kittens in 7 years. 1 dog & her offspring can produce up to 67,000 puppies in 6 years. Over 30,000 pets are euthanized in Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky shelters *every year.* Millions are euthanized nationally. Please sterilize your pets and all strays.

Something for everyone while supporting a worthy cause.
Hot Tails in the City is the third volume in a series of eclectic musical compilations produced to raise money for Save Our Strays, a non profit 501c3 dedicated to humanely reducing the number of strays in Greater Cincinnati. This third volume has something for everyone. From the soothing sounds of folk guitar in Stray Dog written by Matthew Rogers, to the soulful Depending On You written by Linda Taylor, my personal favorite, listeners will never be bored. This CD may well become one of their favorites. The Ninth Life Jitters will certainly wake the listener up and everyone will be tapping their toes to Stop, Whiskers A Go-Go and In the Company of Friends. Jason Arbenz’s Genius if It Works is reminiscent of the clever lyrics and sounds John Lennon used to produce. Earl is pure old country humor. I recommend everyone rush out and buy this CD for four reasons: to enjoy great sounds, to appreciate these Cincinnati artists, to contribute to a worthy cause and because the price is right!

I'm excited!
Free Lap Dances Vol 3: Hot Tails In The City

I know it takes a certain amount of healthy arrogance to do something like Eartaste every day. My arrogance, of course, went so far as to think I was the only one out here in the virtual world putting out samplers that reflected the many tastes and spices of music available today. Time to eat some humble pie. My friends, Larry & Cat Levi, of the Histrioniks, sent along a CD sampler that blows my socks off. It’s just like an eartaste sampler in composition, and I love it. A bit of blues, a bit of jazz, a taste of classical, good old fashioned rock and folk. If you love the eartaste samplers, you’re going to love this one also. Some of the bands you’ll hear on Lap Dances Vol 3 are The Histrioniks, whom Eartaste fans have already enjoyed, along with lots of new names: Noctoluca, The Newbess, Buckra, Phil Ayoub, The Proper Authorities, Duane Andrews, Threshold, Natalia Medvedovskaya, and much more. I’m betting you’ll be hearing more about many of these artists here on eartaste in the months to come, but in the meantime you can start tasting them by ordering this sampler from Lap Dances for less than $10. Yep, like eartaste, they keep their prices low so you can sample new music and not bust your wallet. Thanks, Larry! And a big shoutout to Jacob & Monique for putting this series together.

Awesome music - LOVED It!!
I loved almost every song on this CD. I especially enjoyed Whiskers A Go-Go...what a riot! The cause is also very important and I like knowing that my money goes to help manage the homeless pet population. Thanks for a great CD at a bargain price and for helping those less fortunate. I highly recommend Hot Tails in the City.
