Album Notes
"Sunday In Nandua is one of the most confident, innovative and just plain enjoyable discs of this (and maybe any other) year. -- J. Eric Smith, Metroland(New York)

Produced by Karen, Peter Heitzman, and T-Bone Wolk (Hall & Oats, Elvis Costello, Shawn Colvin), it is both a nostalgic cry which relives the past with touching, haunting sincerity, and a full out shout to live life to it's fullest. "...everybody gotta look at the sky, we all need to cry sometime, everybody gotta touch the ground, and make a sound, in this life..."

Sunday In Nandua is contempary music at it's best. From ballads built with subtle piano and guitar, to complex textures of layered vocals over a flood of innovative guitars and bottom fat bass. A sure cure to sooth all.

Karen Savoca rocks no matter what album it is. i have loved everyone one of them.. her lyrics and style are so unique, can't wait for the next album!

Inspirational, empowering and soothing - everything music should do
Great inspiration and empowering music. It soothes the soul and gives you strength to do anything!
I originally wanted this CD for the first song, but I soon found that all the songs had that same empowering
quality to them - they make you feel strong, like you can do anything, while still soothing you deep down inside.
It has definitely made its way to the top of my favorite CDs list! I love it, and I can't wait to hear
the other CDs by the same artist!

These songs continue to grow on me.
Heard 'Here They Come' on the radio once in 1998. Took me till now to track it down to Karen and this album. Not only is that a great and superbly performed song but there is a varied collection of fabulous songs here and they're all continuing to grow on me the more I play them. Original lyrics and a natural singing talent that has tremendous expressive range and emotional scope. Good band too! A rare find! I'm very glad I finally found the source of that song which stuck in my mind for seven years after just one hearing.

Super fantastic talent, beautiful, evocative music and vocals
Really, really good music, great classic style, but innovative, original, and unique. Talented performance.
