ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
If you like Lyle Lovett's FARTHER DOWN THE LINE, the humor of Jerry Reed's WHEN YOU'RE HOT YOU'RE HOT, the traveling dance hall sound of the Derailers, and Albert King's guitar playing you might like the music of Sayers Milton.

Sayers started off playing the dancehalls and dives of Texas in the late sixties and early seventies. Took a hiatus form the music world and became a cowboy. He returns now as a singer-songwriter. If you ask him he calls his music Blue Country.

This is not Rap, Heavy Metal, or Disco. If you like a melody, harmony, danceable beat, and lyrics with an edge that tell a story(this is not syruppy stuff)give it a listen. If a song gets stuck in your head all day long be warned. That was the intention.
