ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
A professional instrumental guitarist based in San Diego, Scot Taber brings brilliant technical skill and a unique musicality to both his interpretations of traditional music and his original compositions.

On "Interpretations," Scot Taber offers his own renditions of his favorite guitar music from traditional flamenco to the most famous compositions by Spanish composer Francisco Tarrega, French composer Erik Satie, Venezuelan guitarist Antonio Lauro, Brazilian guitarists Luiz Bonfa and Joao Pernambuco and others, including Scot's own arrangement of Django Reinhardt's classic gypsy jazz song "Nuages."
