Album Notes
Scott has been playing professionally on and off for approx 20 years. During those years, he has lead his own bands as well as worked with countless others. Scott worked with/or opened for some of the biggest bands and artists of all styles, such as Jr. Wells, Jerry Garcia, U2, Dave Mathews, Nusrat Fata Ali Kahn, and John Lee Hooker just to name a few. Scott has done it all, from acoustic, to blues, to rock, to world music and jazz. Currently, he is fronting his own band blending adult alternative with raw rocking blues.

“Times are not easy for everyone and when I play music it's a spiritual thing for me. I use my guitar as a way to express my soul and the energy I have for life. When I play, I try to take everyone with me so we all can forget about life for a while and relax." Scott Weis

The new CD was completed by the end of 2005 and released in February 2006. The CD was produced by Scott Weis and Bobby Kyle.

The Scott Weis Band consists of a crew of versatile musicians from within the regional area.

Drummer: Roger Voss is an accomplished drummer and music instructor. His style of playing is diverse and ranges in the intensity of John Bonham to the subtleties of Steve Gadd.

Bass: Robert Kopec is the most sought after regional bass player, laying down chops like that of Jaco Pastorios and Stanley Clark. Robert has dominated the regional progressive jazz scene for years.

Keyboards: Michael Fossa has many years of road experience, playing and dedicating his career to the piano. It shows in his rocking style.

My Favorite CD for Moon Howlin'...
This CD helped me get through rehab... Without Scott Weis, I might still be on the junk. My life has changed for the better and I'm back with my wife. I owe it all to Scott Weis and his magnificent guitar shredding. Rock On!!

Great CD!
Round out your CD collection with Scott Weis Band. This CD has such wide appeal. In the broader sense - I can't play it without someone asking me who it is and where they can get it. In the personal sense - the music just reaches into you and touches your soul. Be warned: this CD will quickly become one of your favorites!
