Album Notes
"Makes Me Feel Alive" is the first EP of original material released in 2013 by Scuttlebuttin'!

The spring of 2005 Greg Garrison and Bruce Edmunds joined forces to create the
foundation of Scuttlebuttin’. With Greg’s mastery of the guitar and Bruce’s rock solid
bass lines they sought to establish an original, hard-driving blues band. Then in 2007
Nathan Russell joined to lay down the steady beat on drums. Scuttlebuttin’s final addition
in 2009 was keyboardist/saxophonist Jourdan Hines to round out the sound
and spice things up. Together they fused their talents to make a dynamite act.

Scuttlebuttin’ has toured internationally in 2013 and has played throughout the Midwest including major festivals and
opening for nationally recognized blues artists such as Anthony Gomes and Walter
Trout. Scuttlebuttin’ takes to the stage delivering smoking’ riffs with a well-rounded
repertoire of searing originals and popular blues-rock covers.
