ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Seeing Eye Band hailed from the foothills of Western NC and was made up of a crew of 16 year olds that all have gone on to do lots of different interesting things in music. Made up of Chris Cates, singing and playing guitar, Greg Beaver on bass, Jeramy Lamanno on drums and Jason Peeler on guitar and keyboards, the band was very tight from constantly practicing in Chris's parents basement every day after school.
This album is highlighted by the joy of teenage rock, Cates's wah wah guitar and the strong rhythm section of Greg Beaver's amazing bass and Jeramy Lamanno's funky drumming.
Recorded on 1 inch 8 track tape at the famed Fred Rumfelt studios in one take (with a few backing vocal overdubs), May 1991 in Marion, North Carolina.
