ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Portland, Oregon based Sequel had many regional radio hits in the early to mid '80's and toured with bands such as Journey, Sammy Hagar, Bryan Adams, The Tubes, Triumph, Eddie Money, Loverboy, Black Oak Arkansas, Aldo Nova, Black N' Blue, Icehouse and Greg Kihn, to name a few. Bass player Todd Jensen, after leaving Sequel, hooked up with Deen Castronovo to form Hardline (featuring Neal Schon), then toured with former Van Halen front man David Lee Roth, and later traveled the world playing with Steve Perry of Journey, and also, Alice Cooper. Guitarist Greg Georgeson currently plays with Tommy Tutone. This newly released CD version of Sequels' best selling album contains all of the vinyls' excitement and includes the KGON Radio Homegrown Album winner "Shame On You"! Tracks that garnered airplay in addition to Shame On You include: A Fool For You, Too Far and Just A Summer Romance. Although Sequel disbanded in 1985, they continue to play sold out "re-union" shows on a fairly frequent basis. Their follow-up album entitled "Daylight Fright" is now available.

Sequel was the best local band ever in Portland Oregon
I liked the album when I owned it 20 years ago and was happy to find it on this website at a good price and received it so quickly and loved the e-mail about the process in which my order was filled. You cd baby folks are fun and creative. Thank you.
