During Her young childhood in Trinidad, she attended gurukula and bharatnatyam classes and always had a deep love for Krishna, which she expressed by singing. She was a lead singer in the temple and other programs, since the young age of five. Seva Radhika and her family moved from the small groves of Trinidad, to the Big Apple {NYC} at the age of eight. Throughout her youth, she travelled and lived In many temples and ashramas serving with her parents . At the age of Sixteen, she made her first devotional soundtrack entitled Bhakti Rasa. Then at the age of Twenty made her single ensemble entitled Gopinath. Attending York college, she studied the field of Law for several years, but saw her destiny in pursuing her dream by serving the lord through music. She then got married to Madhava Das and moved to Florida and had two beautiful daughters, Naradiya Janmastami and Jhulana Lalita. Her determination throughout her life and connection through music were never shaken, and now currently working on her new album “Chant For Peace”, which she is very passionate about. Some Reviews!

Review from J.B, Kentucky:
After hearing Sevaradhika's CD, the transcendental feeling was overwhelming.

Review from M.K, Florida:
After hearing Sevaradhika's vocals it was like the unlimited ocean of nectar, I found myself putting the music on repeat.

Review from W.H, Trinidad and Tobago:
The first time I heard her singing, I was driving. It was so beautiful just had to stop, so I pulled over to enjoy the rest fully. Honest to god. :)

Review from B.K, New York:
That was just like so amazing and transcendentally felt.

Review from K.S,
Tears of joy was the first reaction I entertained. I knew her from birth, and I feel very convinced that she is a special artist.

Review from-Madhava Acharya Das:
My dear wife, (Sevaradhika) is the best !!!
I honestly know that she sings with a great devotional attitude. All it needs is real love and devotion. At the end of the day it should all be done for the Lord's pleasure and to spread his teachings. Whoever is seeking for the truth shall find it. May the lord continue blessing her to carry on strong by enlightening and uplifting everyone with her service.
She is a warrior princess in all respects. Although her being a full time loving mother and devoted teacher to our three and four year old daughters, she accomplished this project with great determination and confidence. She has such a rich, beautiful, and soothing voice, full of love and devotion to the lord. I am just so proud and I adore that she has completed this Amazing Album. Being her husband for the last 8 years, I can undeniably say for sure
"Sevaradhika is one of a kind" she has a very simple, humble, and shy personality with a staunch spirituality in preaching about Krishna Consciousness, she is very focused which I must say is so blessed to have. In this album she found herself being able to express and release alot of her deep passion, emotions, and loving feelings for the Lord and Srila Prabhupada. I REALLY felt that relation there, listening to #3 on the album "Surrender" which brought tears to my eyes. This is as real as it gets, because I never teared up as a man in my life. That was the official first. Everyone please show your love and support to her. This Album is Dedicated to His Divine Grace A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada's 50th Anniversary Coming to America and saving us from this material bondage of suffering repeated birth and death. A perfect gift for anyone.

Meaning of the CD

Track 1: Introduction-Srila Prabhupada speaks on the meaning of Hare Krishna Maha Mantra.

Track 2: Radha-Madhava-

(1)
jaya rādhā-mādhava kuñja-bihārī
gopī-jana-vallabha giri-vara-dhārī

(2)
yaśodā-nandana braja-jana-rañjana
yāmuna-tīra-vana-cārī

TRANSLATION
1) Krsna is the lover of Radha. He displays many amorous pastimes in the groves of Vrndavana, He is the lover of the cowherd maidens of Vraja, and the holder of the great hill named Govardhana.

2) He is the beloved son of mother Yasoda, the delighter of the inhabitants of Vraja, and He wanders in the forests along the banks of the River Yamuna!

Track 3: Surrender
A special melody of the Maha Mantra that was created by Sevaradhika at the age of 16, which is always kept cherished in her heart.

Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama
Rama Rama Hare Hare.

The mantra is a spiritual call to the Lord, meaning,
“Oh Lord, please engage me in your
devotional service.”

Track 4: Damodarastakam
(1)
namamisvaram sac-cid-ananda-rupam
lasat-kundalam gokule bhrajamanam
yasoda-bhiyolukhalad dhavamanam
paramrstam atyantato drutya gopya

To the supreme controller, who possesses an eternal form of blissful knowledge, whose glistening earrings swing to and fro, who manifested Himself in Gokula, who stole the butter that the gopis kept hanging from the rafters of their storerooms and who then quickly jumped up and ran in retreat in fear of Mother Yasoda but was ultimately caught - to that Supreme Lord, Sri Damodara, I offer my humble obeisances.

(2)
rudantam muhur netra-yugmam mrjantam
karambhoja-yugmena satanka-netram
muhuh svasa-kampa-trirekhanka-kantha-
sthita-graivam damodaram bhakti-baddham

Upon seeing His mother's whipping stick, He cried and rubbed His eyes again and again with His two lotus hands. His eyes were fearful and His breathing quick, and as Mother Yasoda bound His belly with ropes, He shivered in fright and His pearl necklace shook. To this Supreme Lord, Sri Damodara, I offer my humble obeisances.

(3)
itidrk sva-lilabhir ananda-kunde
sva-ghosam nimajjantam akhyapayantam
tadiyesita-jnesu bhaktair jitatvam
punah prematas tam satavrtti vande

Those superexcellent pastimes of Lord Krishna's babyhood drowned the inhabitants of Gokula in pools of ecstasy. To the devotees who are attracted only to His majestic aspect of Narayana in Vaikuntha, the Lord herein reveals: “I am conquered and overwhelmed by pure loving devotion.” To the Supreme Lord, Damodara, my obeisances hundreds and hundreds of times.

(4)
varam deva moksam na moksavadhim va
na canyam vrne ‘ham varesad apiha
idam te vapur natha gopala-balam
sada me manasy avirastam kim anyaih

O Lord, although You are able to give all kinds of benedictions, I do not pray to You for liberation, nor eternal life in Vaikuntha, nor any other boon. My only prayer is that Your childhood pastimes may constantly appear in my mind. O Lord, I do not even want to know your feature of Paramatma. I simply wish that Your childhood pastimes may ever be enacted in my heart.

(5)
idam te mukhambhojam atyanta-nilair
vrtam kuntalaih snigdha-raktais’ ca gopya
muhus cumbitam bimba-raktadharam me
manasy avirastam alam laksa-labhaih

O Lord, the cheeks of Your blackish lotus face, which is encircled by locks of curling hair, have become reddened like bimba fruits due to Mother Yashoda's kisses. What more can I describe than this? Millions of opulences are of no use to me, but may this vision constantly remain in my mind.

(6)
namo deva damodarananta visno
prasida prabho duhkha-jalabdhi-magnam
krpa-drsti-vrstyati-dinam batanu-
grhanesa mam ajnam edhy aksi-drsyah

O unlimited Vishnu! O master! O Lord! Be pleased upon me! I am drowning in an ocean of sorrow and am almost like a dead man. Please shower the rain of mercy on me; uplift me and protect me with Your nectarean vision.

(7)
kuveratmajau baddha-murtyaiva yadvat
tvaya mocitau bhakti-bhajau krtau ca
tatha prema-bhaktim svakam me prayaccha
na mokse graho me ‘sti damodareha

O Lord Damodara, in Your form as a baby Mother Yasoda bound You to a grinding stone with a rope for tying cows. You then freed the sons of Kuvera, Manigriva and Nalakuvara, who were cursed to stand as trees and You gave them the chance to become Your devotees. Please bless me in this same way. I have no desire for liberation into Your effulgence.

(8)
namas te ‘stu damne sphurad-dipti-dhamne
tvadiyodarayatha visvasya dhamne
namo radhikayai tvadiya-priyayai
namo ‘nanta-lilaya devaya tubhyam

O Lord, the entire universe was created by Lord Brahma, who was born from Your abdomen, which was bound with a rope by Mother Yasoda. To this rope I offer my humble obeisances. I offer my obeisances to Your most beloved Srimati Radharani, and to Your unlimited pastimes.

Track 5: Damodarastakam Continued- Maha Mantra

Track 6: Maha Mantra (new melody)
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama
Rama Rama Hare Hare.

Track 7: The Divine Protector-
(1)
namas te narasimhaya
prahladahlada-dayine
hiranyakashipor vaksaha
sila-tanka-nakhalaye

I offer my obeisances to Lord Narasimha, who gives joy to Prahlada Maharaja and whose nails are like chisels on the stonelike chest of the demon Hiranyakasipu.

(2)
ito nrsimhah parato nrsimho
yato yato yami tato nrsimhah
bahir nrsimho hrdaye nrsimho
nrsimham adim saranam prapadye

Lord Nrsimha is here and also there. Wherever I go Lord Nrsimha is there. he is within the heart and is outside as well. I surrender to Lord Nrsimha, the origin of all things and the supreme refuge.

(3)
tava kara-kamala vare
nakham adbhuta-srngam
dalita-hiranyakashipu-tanu bhrngam
keshava dhrta-narahari-rupa
jaya jagadisa hare

O Kesava! O Lord of the universe! O Lord Hari, who have assumed the form of half-man, half-lion! All glories to you! Just as one can easily crush a wasp between one's fingernails, so in the same way the body of the wasplike demon Hiranyakasipu has been ripped apart by the wonderful pointed nails on your beautiful lotus hands.

Track 8: Oh Hari- (A new modern twist in spreading the teachings of Sri lord Caitanya Maha Prabhu) composed music and vocals by Sevaradhika

harer nama harer nama, harer namaiva kevalam;
kalau nastyeva nastyeva, nastyeva gatir anyatha.

In this Age of quarrel and hypocrisy, the only means of deliverance is the Chanting, of the Holy Name, the Holy name...the only way no other way.
Lord- Oh Hari oh hari

Track 9: Ending of Srila Prabhupada explanation of the Maha Mantra.

Track 10: Concert In the Sky

Live recording (Bonus Track)
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama
Rama Rama Hare Hare.

WOW!

All I have to say is WOW!! What a beautiful album!!! I love your voice, it's rich, full, breathtaking, deep beyond your years and saturated with devotion. Very rarely do I hear an album that has it all, musicianship, talent, good production, great choice of instrumentation and of course, your voice. How old are you now! As an aside do you play any other instrument and do you sing any contemporary music! I used to work in the music business and I am BLOWN away not only by the beauty of your voice but the purity. You have a nice blend of Indian classical and western r&b )the soulfulness). Anyway, what more can I say. I'm your fan. I pray someday Krsna will allow me to sing half as good as what you've done on this album. I am listening to it every day!
Did I mention how much I love the cover. Rasikananda did a great job!

This CD by Seva Radhika is amazing! As my dear friend of many years, I have had the fortune of experiencing her genuine, sweet nature and passion for Krsna Consciousness. Now I can hear her every day! Seva has a beautiful voice and you can feel her devotion to Sri Krsna in her music. My favorite track is The Divine Protector, a creative heartfelt rendition of the Sri Narasimha deva prayers. I play Chant for Peace every day and I am so happy I purchased this CD!
