Album Notes
These Tibetan bowl recordings are specially designed to create a "Binaural" effect for the listener.

I have provided guided meditation steps to use with these recordings.

Please find comfort in either a sitting meditative pose (easy pose, or lotus pose), or corpse pose.

At the end of each bowl…if you need to adjust do it every so slightly as to not disturb the meditative state.

Calm your thoughts, if random thoughts find there way in…stay focused and recite internally the mantra I’ll provide for each bowl.

Lets do some pranayama breathing. We’ll do 6 deep breaths. As you breath in through your nose…imagine the air you’re breathing is full of electricity. This is Prana. Feel it envelope you from head to toe.

At the top of your breath..hold for a few seconds, and feel the energy bodies subtle tingle.

Exhale through your nose, and imagine your exhale is filled with all tensions.

I will play a different bowl for each Chakra and gong the bowl at the end. I will provide the location and the internal mantra for each chakra. Simply hold a subtle closed eye gaze on each chakra location during the inhale. Then on the exhale slowly repeat the mantra internally…feel the chakra harmonize with the bowl. This is pure oscillation of natural energy.

MULDHARA, Base of the spine. “I feel secure”

SVADISTHANA, Belly button area. “I accept change”

MANIPURA, Solar Plexus. “I AM”

ANAHATA, Heart Region. “I Love”

VISHUDDHA, Throat. “I am creative”

AJNA, Brow/Third Eye Center. “I see”

SAHASRARA, Top of the head. “I’m aware of my consciousness”

The final bowl is OM .... Use it to finalize your meditation and complete the oscillation with the universal OM.
