Album Notes
Alvanati is the significantly collected songs’ of the South of the Kurdistan area Garmian where is located along Zagros mount from Khanaqin in Iraq towards Kermanshah province in Iran. These joint themes are called Alvanati that means the melodies of the Alvan River zone.

Yadollah Rahmani the late (singer, poem and reporter) 1950-2011 was the first Iranian Kurdish vocalist, who has attempted to perform those remarkable historical songs in Iran.

Shahriyar Jamshidi had met Yadollah for the first time in Kermanshah’s TV when he was working temporary as a music director there in 2000. Meanwhile, Shahriyar has arranged two Yadollah’s melodies for Iranian orchestra and Yadollah's voice. Those songs were distributed in Kurdish province radios and TVs.

Furthermore, Alvanati was the first recording project of Shahriyar and Dilan ensemble. Alvanati was released on cassette in Iran in 2004.
