ABOUT THIS ALBUM


Album Notes
This was the year in which three of Shamwari's eight members completed their senior year in high school. A big transition for Shamwari - the three seniors would also be graduating from the group. "Goremupindu" means the year of changes in Shona, the language of Zimbabwe. The first song, "Out of the Nest" sets the tone as we follow their musical journey to "Goremupindu", the culminating track on this fabulous CD.
