ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Welcome to the beginning series of practice tracks; repertoire which comes out of the "Saturday Song Circle" program at Second Space in Chatham, NY. The program, open to all singers, sprung out of a response to the apparent violence, greed, political machinations, and disenfranchisement of the people in our world. Every Saturday morning people were invited to drop-in at Second Space to meet in community, warm up voices, strengthen voices, improvise, to learn songs to lift the soul and learn songs to sing at protests. The class was taught by Sheri Bauer whose website is: www.sheribauermayorga.com
Music is a healer, a uniter, and a powerful force to lift all involved in and around it. We hope to hear you singing these songs on the street. Become the creator, the performer, the singer.
The first volume includes songs about light.
