Signals

by Signals

If The Beetles and Pink Floyd had a baby, and that baby grew up and started a rock band, this is what it would sound like. Powerful male and female vocals with catchy hooks left and right, creative and melodic instrumentation make up the core sound.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Signals started in 2010 with founding members Darrick Jones, Steve Barker, and Noel Nissen. They approached Casey and Naomi Hulteng to record their album to which they agreed. While recording, they asked if Casey could lay down some bass tracks, seeing as how they were without a bass player. He agreed. Then they asked Naomi to lay down some backup vocals. She agreed. Darrick then asked if Casey and Naomi would be full-time members. They agreed.

Based out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa - they pride themselves on having a collaborative songwriting style and strong musicians who have been mastering their crafts for decades on their own.

They write and sing about life's struggles, joy and heartache all while giving credit to God for getting them through, yet being vague enough for people to draw their own conclusions in their own way. Their goal is to encourage others in their lows and highs and write quality and meaningful music in the meantime.

They'd like to thank Jason Feight for stepping in on drums and performing with them after the recording of this album. His talents and friendship have been valuable to this band.
