ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Silver Sea is the collaborative brainchild started by musicians James Smith and David Payne. Formed in 2009 as a project to create expressive and beautiful music. With such a vast taste in music between the two, Jim and Dave have been working to cultivate their original sound. Mostly electronic music, they focus on using unique live instruments, acoustic guitars, analogue MOOG vintage synths, among other things to create a unique and ownable sound. Dave is the man on guitar, live instruments and the occasional piano while Jim works on the synths, beats and programming. Together they form a genre that could be called acoustic-electronica. The album takes you though a journey of emotions from sad to uplifting.
