Album Notes
Tiny Piece of Truth is the second release from Silver White Sunlight. It features four new, original songs that are reflections of the band's live performances, which feature all four musicians huddled around a single condenser microphone, bluegrass-style. From the foot-tapping energy of "Your Heart" to the soft and reflective feel in "Envy of the Sun", the EP is full of catchy melodies that are rooted in the singer-songwriter tradition.

Silver White Sunlight takes traditional folk music and injects it with a fresh and healthy dose of soul. Songwriters at heart, the members of Silver White Sunlight center their music around lyrics that explore pain, joy, life, loss and spirituality. Band members Dan Flood (vocals, guitar, foot pedall), Kevin Darrow (vocals, guitar), Steven Morrison (fiddle, pedal steel) and Eva Carlson (vocals, percussion) aim to connect with their audience through stirring melodies that cut right to the heart. Silver White Sunlight has shared the stage with renowned artists like Liz Longley, Moonrise Nation, The Novel Ideas and Motel Radio. The group lives and writes music in Portland, Oregon.
