Everyone can and really should meditate... it will make you a happier, healthier more balanced person if you do. Although it may seem difficult at first, it gets easier with practice. If you are thinking "I'm not the type for meditation... my mind is too busy!" then you are the person I made this CD for! With calming music in the background, I will help you to keep your focus in the present moment through verbal guidance.
And if you are thinking "Why should I bother with meditation?", I can list many reasons! Meditation helps regulate blood pressure, relieve pain, strengthen the immune system, speed up the healing process, and much more. Regular meditation also lifts anxiety or depression as well as helping you to clear your mind enough to make important decisions. Even your relationships will improve.
Those who meditate regularly are generally more pleasant to be around, as they are not carrying yesterday's baggage around with them. Meditating is like cleansing yourself of the past every day, and starting with a clean slate.
