Album Notes
Sittin’ In is the latest work from one of the world’s foremost keyboard players and one of the most prolific artists in contemporary jazz. For a long time, many acts have benefited from the addition of Roger Smith on keyboards, including his current residency with Tower of Power. He has also released several solo projects and in the late 1990’s, Roger put his sound together and hit Number One on the charts with his single “Off the Hook.” In the last few weeks since the physical release of Sittin’ In, it has really taken off!

Roger Smith Does it Again
Stretching out from his day job (keyboardist with the one and only Tower of Power), Roger Smith hits us with a new CD. Roger shows us what a powerful solo artist he is with his new offering “Sittin’ In”. Songs from this CD have been in our rotation for quite some time now, and they continually receive a 4.5 to 5 star rating (5 being the highest) from our listeners. The title cut “Sittin’ In”, has hit written all over it. Fiesta and D-Man’s Groove are also excellent tunes. This CD covers many styles from Smooth Jazz to Latin and is a must have for collectors of great music.

Lovin the B3!
Roger Smith is one of a select few true masters of the Hammond B3. He brought the organ back to Tower of Power, and all of his solo albums are killer. This one is the best yet!

Listen to this in your car, and you will always take the long way home.

Roger Smith
This is a wonderful CD. I've followed Roger for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with his music. I'd recommend this CD to all my friends.
