ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
SoHo Indigo jazz duo combines the vocal prowess of Pam Rubenstein with the expressive guitar of Chuck Hill. The two previously performed in "the rubensteins” trio, showcasing Pam’s original, folk-pop songs, which garnered them CL’s “Best of the Bay,” three consecutive years. Chuck went on to lead his own trio, “Jazz Soup,” and played with two local Big Bands. Pam and Chuck rejoined their talents in "SoHo Indigo,” building a unique repertoire from classic, modern, and independent artists & writers. With effectively simple arrangements, adept vocals and fine guitar work, this makes for a highly satisfying presentation.
