Album Notes
This catchy, harmony-laden Christmas carol in traditional verse-refrain form was inspired by the 19th century carols we love so much. It tells the story of the virgin birth, giving special attention to Mary's point of view and her humility (per Luke 1:26-38). My intent in writing this song was to add a new staple to the beloved canon of carols that we sing with our family and friends every Christmas. I hope you enjoy singing it as much as I do!
