suzanne rae deshchidn, of hispanic and native (isleta pueblo) heritage, is a confessional freeverse poet, freelance editor. deshchidn has twice been a featured poet at bluestockings women's/transgender reading series hosted by vittoria reppetto in new york city. deshchidn has been published in paterson literary reveiew #36 and #37, LIPS journal #30/31, and relief journal. she is currently working on her MFA in poetry.
