Album Notes
Die Klavierstücke (Bassic Sound 035) is my second CD I'm featured only as a composer (the first was "12 miniatures for clarinet und piano“ mit John Ruocco und Roberto Di Gioia on Pirouet). Rainer Böhm (born 1977) is interpreting my music wonderful, and very interesting: the sheet music can be downloaded in pdf-format from the official website of bassic sound at no costs.

Born in Kirchberg, Germany September 11 / 1952
Studied double-bass with Prof. Ulrich Lau in Stuttgart from 1975-1980
1986 move to Munich, Germany.
2008 move to Heidelberg, Germany

Mostly freelancing with musicians such as Johnny Griffin, Charlie Rouse, Clifford Jordan, Sal Nistico, Mel Lewis, Mark Murphy, Bobby Shew, Mose Allison, Billy Cobham, Tom Harrell, Buddy deFranco, Peter Bernstein, Cedar Walton, Lewis Nash

3 LP‘s and 27 CD‘s on his own label "Bassic Sound" with Mel Lewis, Benny Bailey, Harvey Wainapel, Rachel Gould, Jimmy Cobb, Mike Clark,, Kenny Wheeler, Frank Foster, Lee Konitz etc.
