ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Yes, you can beat stage fright (the #1 fear in America). If your success depends on your ability to speak or perform with poise, confidence, and to the absolute BEST of your ability, this remarkable one-hour CD will change your life. The ten shudder-busting strategies you'll discover are easy, effective, and fun. They will transform your onstage experience from a frozen-fingered ordeal to a cool-headed delight!

Here's some of what you'll learn:
1. How one of Babe Ruth’s unremarkable batting statistics can help you loosen up fast.
2. Why you have every right to believe in yourself when onstage.
3. How to become an insufferable ham.
4. How to connect with your audience - automatically.
5. Why phonies, fakes, and frauds have all the fun.
6. Three words that erase fear instantly.

And to help you master the ten strategies more quickly, effectively, and thoroughly, each is followed by a short affirmation segment. These positive success statements will quickly work their magic by replacing any self-defeating beliefs you may have regarding performing with truer, more empowering ones. This unique "LEARN & AFFIRM" feature is found only on "Onstage and In-Control."

From the program's creator: "Yes, you can play. But gigs don't go to the best players, they go to the hot performers - those with total confidence and first-rate showmanship. Wouldn’t you rather find yourself onstage knowing you’re at your best, rather than your tormented second best? Team up the strategies on this CD with your own hard-earned talent and you've got yourself a winning combination!"

Yes, you CAN own the stage and wow the crowd. Order today!

This is a great CD!
I admit that my performances have been "compromised" (torpedoed) by stage-fright for more than fifteen years -- and now, after a couple of weeks with Stan's program, I'm wayyyy looser (and happier) out there on stage. I'm playing a lot better, too. Warning: The CD is like a Monty Python movie -- there's way too much too absorb in a single listening. It definitely takes a few times to really "get it." But when you do, it changes your life.

Inspirational!
This CD has been a real jump starter for me. After years of hiding in my room with my guitar, I'm now out playing opening mikes, and songwriter showcases. People are finally getting to hear my music! Thanks, Mr. Munslow

A thousand thank you's!
I'm actually not a musician or a performer. But my job requires me to speak a lot in front of co-workers and company big-wigs (giving reports and so on) -- something I have loathed my whole life. I have to say, this CD has made me into quite the "insufferable ham" Stan Munslow talks about. I'm feeling pretty good out there now. A thousand thank you's!

thank u!
I have always wanted to be a rock star when I grow up. But I have been afraid to get up and play in front of people. I got this CD for my birthday and it is AWESOME. Next month I will be playing in a battle of the bands at my school and I can't wait to get on stage! thank u!

Very happy to have bought this for my high school band.
Dear CD Baby:
I teach high school band in Massachusetts. Two months ago I bought a copy of “Onstage and In-Control” for my students to listen to. I would play them one five-minute segment a day at the end of class. It was fabulous. First, you’d see them nodding their heads and smiling when a relevant suggestion would come up. Then, a few days later, I’d notice that one of my more withdrawn kids would be hamming it up for his friends before practice. But, then, a week ago, we had our first concert for the year. That’s when I knew the CD had really gotten through to them. It was like they just wanted to go out there and really give the audience a show. And that’s exactly what they did. They were loose, had a lot of energy, and they played outstandingly. ThThey had a great time. The crowd had a great time. And that makes me look good, too. I’m definitely planning to use this program again every fall. Just wanted to say thanks.

You don't just hear the strategies, you learn them fast.
The affirmation segments are the best part. You don't just hear the strategies, you learn them fast. I perform Christian folk at my church. I've gone from shuddering like a Craftmatic bed to just staying cool and moving my audience.

Best 15 bucks I ever spent!
What's really great about this program is that it isn't just about stage-fright. It's about success on stage, which is to say: Success as a performer.
