Album Notes
The development of this debut children's EP started with the inspirational idea to write children's songs inspired by the experiences of the many young children in my extended family, mixed together with some of my own childhood memories and experiences in Nov. 2013. I wrote a collection of songs over the period of the last year, five of which are on this EP which also includes 5 bonus sing-a-long instrumental tracks for parents and children to personalize the songs or just for fun to try singing the songs on your own. The music on this album has flavors of Canadian folk music, with classical vocal influences mixed in with a little modern Nashville guitar. In the end this EP has developed into a final product that has been a labour of love which I hope you enjoy!
